Thank you for your inquiry regarding our deposit policy for makeup services.

We understand that circumstances can change and we want to ensure you have the best possible experience. Unfortunately, all deposits for makeup services are final and non-transferable. They cannot be transferred or used for another appointment.

For our cosmetics line, there are no refunds on items. For our lashes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the item.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. To receive the replacement, you must email Phenixmua@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged or incorrect item, an explanation of the damage, your order number, and contact info. After receiving confirmation, you must return the item to the address provided. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to providing you with a great service. Thank you!
